Anna Silk was the first child of Peter Silk (an academic) and Ilkay Silk (a playwright, actor director, producer, playwright and professor in St. Thomas University). Her father is from Britain and her mother is an "Turkish ex-pat from Cyprus who is now living in England." Anna's first memories of attending rehearsals for play as well as watching her mother's her job. Anna appeared in numerous commercials in her youth. Anna was transferred to Toronto in 1999 to Los Angeles in 1999. She was introduced to Seth Cooperman in 2007 at an acting training in Los Angeles, and they got engaged in the year 2009. Anna became a Jew at the age of 11, after having converted to Judaism. They got married civilly in December of the same year, and they then renewed their vows at an Jewish wedding ceremony that took place in Fredericton the month of April in 2011. Bo's sex-related relationship together with Lauren (played Zoie Palermo) was featured in CNN as one of the most popular Television Couples. E! named it "the most popular TV Couple" of 2013.
